Parties at Dunhill Sports Centre

- Exclusivity – You will not have to share the facility with any other party.
- Supervision – Our experienced party leaders will entertain your children in our games room and in the sports hall.
- Personalisation – You can set the room up as you would like, bring any decorations and you can stock the candy cart if you wish to use this. Use of the candy cart is free!
If you would like hot food, you can arrange this with us for a small additional fee. Hot food (pizza, sausages or goujons and chips) is supplied locally through Harney’s Bar.
Frequently asked questions
Do you provide plates and cups?
Yes. Plates, cups, cutlery, bowls and a cake knife are provided. You do not need to bring these items but you are welcome to bring your own if preferred.
What else do you provide?
We also provide cordial for the children, ketchup, mayonnaise and tea/coffee for the adults
How long do the parties last?
Generally, the parties are for 1 and 1/2 hours long. However, a two-hour rate can be made available for anyone interested in a longer party booking.
How are the parties structured?

The parties start in the games room where children have supervised free play or structured games (depending on the interests of the children attending). The children break for food and/or cake. The children then go to the Sports Hall for a variety of games for the remainder of the party.
How soon before the party can I arrive to decorate
You can arrive 15 minutes before the party starts to decorate. However, as staff are setting up they will be unavailable to start the party until the booking time
Step 1 – Contact us on 083 8761244 to check that your preferred date and time is available. If you do not complete this step your booking will not be confirmed.
